VIP levels and fees
Requirements are in USD. Meeting either the deposit or the volume condition is enough. Fees are charged on every filled order.
- Level: you get the highest level whose condition is met on either path — total deposits or 30-day spot volume. The two are not added together.
- What counts: cumulative deposits over the life of the account and the USDT value of filled spot orders in the last 30 days. Cancelled and open orders do not count.
- Taking effect: a new level is assigned automatically and its taker rate applies to your next filled orders.
- No downgrades: a level, once reached, stays on the account even if your 30-day volume drops later.

Terms and conditions
- Your level is computed from system records (deposits and filled spot orders); these records are authoritative.
- Fees are charged on every filled order at the maker or taker rate of the level in effect at the time of the fill.
- Cashback accrues on spot taker fees only and is claimed manually from 0.01 USDT; it is credited to the USDT balance.
- Wash trading, self-matching or any abuse of the program revokes the level and the accrued rewards.
- Levels and fee schedules can be revised; changes apply prospectively and are published on this page.
- A level matched from another exchange is granted at the discretion of support after verification.
- Accounts restricted by risk controls are not eligible for VIP levels or cashback while the restriction is in force.
