Yes — while the round is in the «Sale live» status, cancelling the request returns the entire reserved USDT amount. After the round ends you receive tokens for your allocation, and if it was oversubscribed the unused USDT comes back automatically. If the platform cancels a round, all commitments are refunded in full.
